-- Click on the browser 3 dotted menu on the top right
-- Settings
-- Privacy and security
-- Cookies and other site data
— Select “Allow all cookies”
— Disable all your browser extensions.
-- Clear the cookies, cache for "All time"
-- Make sure the browser is updated with the latest version.
-- Restart your browser
-- Login to your Trailhead account
-- Click on your profile avatar on top right corner
-- Click on Hands-On Orgs
-- Click the "Launch" button next to the Trailhead playground in which have completed this challenge.

If the issue still persists, kindly check in a different browser or an incognito window.

本番環境に作成される？

• 'Import Data to Create a Custom Object' challenge keep saving on my Org not on Trailhead.

After changing the 'hand on org' password again, it worked.
