どうも同じ名前のパートが２つあるみたいです。

まずは、言語設定が英語でないとクリアーできないようです。
まずは、組織/個人の言語設定を英語に変えてみてください。
それからこのれはアメリカドルでないと合格できません。通貨もアメリカドルに変更してみてください。

私も円になっていたので、同じエラーになった

The issue can be fixed by setting the Locale, the Default Locale and the Currency Locale to English (United States). The Default Locale and the Currency Locale can be found and adjusted in the Company Information. The Locale, in your User Detail.

The locale I was modifying was the one related to the company settings. The missing part was modifying the locale for my personal user which did the job.
私が変更していたロケールは、会社の設定に関連するロケールでした。欠けていた部分は、仕事を行った私の個人ユーザーのロケールを変更することでした。

I was using the report builder in lightning experience and it wasn't available for me, then I switched to salesforce classic, added the filter logic and when switched back to lightning experience the " Add filter logic" was enabled.
