Just in case anyone else has this issue, simply disconnect your org from elevate and reconnect, and this should solve the issue. Salesforce support gave me this solution.

The Elevate NPSP Connector contains the three permission sets that you will need to assign to your integration user.
- Elevate Integration User - Provides access to the endpoints required to connect Elevate to Salesforce. You should only assign this permission set to the integration user whose credentials you'll use to connect Elevate to Salesforce.
- Elevate NPSP Connector (managed) - Provides access to the custom fields required to connect with Elevate.
- Elevate NPSP Connector (unmanaged) - Provides access to the standard fields required to connect with Elevate. This permission set is unmanaged to add more field permissions as needed.
