Also kindly note that the reason for this kind of issues could be that the new Units might be added by us in any of those badges in the Trailmix recently. So, the badge will be shown as completed but Trailmix status will not be 100%. We request you to please open each badge and see all units are completed or not. Also, please unfollow the trailmix and follow it back.

There is a known bug that can cause it to not show 100%. When this happens, you need to unfollow the trail mix. This will uncheck all of the "links" that you manually mark as complete. However, all modules and quizzes will remain completed. Then you need to refollow the trail mix.
Once you refollow the trail mix, you can click complete on all links, and it will show as 100% complete. Once again, sorry about this bug; Salesforce is working on fixing it, but it may be a while before it's fully fixed.
