• We can’t find ‘Update_Status’ case action on Contact Layout.

I have successfully achieved my Platform App Builder maintenance certification.

Here are the steps I took:

1. First i create action button in Case Object --> Buttons, Links, and Actions --> add mention requirments

2. Then go to Contact object and in Contact object click --> Page Layouts --> Contact Layout -- > in related liist you find case

3. Click on Property icon in button section you see change status button move to selected action section.

Then follow remaining setps hope this solution is benifical for you.

3. ボタンセクションのプロパティアイコンをクリックすると、ステータス変更ボタンが選択されたアクションセクションに移動します。

• We can't filter contact records by name in this org. Make sure contact records can be queried by name, and that data is not encrypted with deterministic encryption schemes.

We can’t find the quick action named ‘Update_Status’ with the label ‘Change Status’.
