結論:設定ミスだったようです

Thank you all for posting a solution to my question. However, I found a solution to my problem. I'm giving an error because of a change in the domain name. That's why it's not showing a good connection with trailhead org. After disconnecting and reconnecting back, the error goes away.
ドメイン名が変更されたため、エラーが発生しました。そのため、trailheadorgとの良好な接続が示されていません。切断して再接続すると、エラーはなくなります。

RelatedList-Single Component will not show more than 4 fields

We could not find a Gold Client record under the custom metadata Individual Record Type Mapper with the correct configuration. Make sure you populated the correct fields and try again. Check out the Help article for the superbadge for extra tips.

Please make sure the "Account Record Type" of the Gold Client Individual Record Type Mapper coincides with the Record Type API Name from the Person Account.

Try fixing the "FSC Client Record" page.

"Clone the ClientRecordPage4 Lightning record page, name it FSC Client Record Page and make the appropriate adjustments. Assign the record page as App Default for FSC Wealth Management, FSC Retail Banking, FSC Retail Banking Console, and FSC Lending apps."

We could not find an Account page assigned to the FSC Associate Banker profile on the FSC Retail Banking application.

Got it sorted with the help of salesforce support. The issue was the "profile" suffix that I appended to the profile name by mistake.

Your account record type is missing, a duplicate, or invalid.

I was able to resolve by deleting policy holder individual record type mapper

We could not find the correct tasks created from the "Bank Loan Opportunity" template according to the requirements. Make sure you created the action plan using the correct action plan template and created it logged in as the correct user.

Created a Lightning Record Page for Person Life Event and added Action Plan component on the Page. Assign record page as org default. Go to the Ski Boat record, click NEW on the Action Plan related list.

Unable to find default record type

I checked the checkbox "Update Lead Source" in the Convert Lead and Referral popup, which is under "Account" -- Choose Existing. This resolve the issue.

I had to delete all the tasks and repeat Challenge #5 in order to remove this error message in challenge #6.
#6だけど、5みたいなエラーが出ています。結局6での設定を消して、5からやり直したようです。
