Trailhead関係 年月で整理に戻る

今月も回答しても無反応が多いなぁ。

参照して頂くのは結構ですが、そのまま内容を丸ごとコピーするような行為は控えて欲しいです。一応時間を掛けて作っているので、その点はご考慮願いたいです。

なるべく、回答の中身も転記しておきます。結構な割合で質問者さんが黒歴史を消したいのか質問自体を削除しますので... 最良の答えとしてもらっても即消されることは大変多いです。

自動翻訳していたけど、どこにこんな事が書かれているかが全く理解できません。Bが答えらしいけど納得いかない。どこに書いているのか

Step not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 1

I figured out my problem. My problem was the TEMPLATE BOX needed to be changed to STANDARD HOME PAGE. Mine said HOME PAGE.

Make sure that Feed Tracking has been enabled for the Energy Audit object on these fields: Account, Audit Notes, Energy Audit Name, Type of Installation, Annual Energy Usage (kWh), and Average Annual Electric Cost

Have you managed to activate the feed tracking ? if not, please go to setup > feed tracking > Energy Audit > enable feed tracking, and then select the fields, and save, before trying validating again.

Leads and Opportunities >Work Your Opportunities I cannot find in the drop down menu the sales stage value proposition.

The missing "Value Proposition" stage can be confusing, but there are a few possible solutions:

  1. Check your record type:

Make sure you're working with the right opportunity record type. Some record types may have custom stages like "Value Proposition" that don't appear in the default drop-down list. Open the opportunity you're using for the challenge and verify the record type.

  1. Customize the stage picklist:

If your record type doesn't include "Value Proposition," you can temporarily add it for the challenge. Go to Setup > Sales > Process Automation > Opportunity Stages. Locate "Value Proposition" (it might be hidden under "Inactive Stages") and click "Activate." Then, back in your opportunity, refresh the page and you should see "Value Proposition" in the stage picklist. Remember to deactivate it again after completing the challenge.

If none of the above works, you may consider reporting this issue

I can't find "EnergyConsultations" in AppLauncher

This appears to be a feature only for Salesforce employees

I had the same issue and determined I was logged into my 'non-internal (not SF employee)' Trailhead. To login to your internal Trailhead:

  1. Open an Incognito Google Chrome browser window (right click on the google icon and select New Incognito Window
  2. Go to Okta and login https://salesforce.okta.com/app/UserHome
  3. Select the 'MyTrailhead for Salesforce' Tile

4. 4. Login and you should see your internal Trailhead page - then search for the global purchasing processs basics and you'll find it.

We can't find a user named 'Maria Thompson' with the Salesforce Platform User License and Standard Platform User Profile.

I changed the language and my mistake was also to select view all users. I made these changes and was able to pass the challenge.

We couldn't find a custom object called 'Applicant__c'. Review the instructions for creating the custom object.

you don't need to create new playground to complete this task. Just remove your id from Roles assigned to "Customer Support Role" and check. it will work.

In the Opp Fields element, we can’t find a Display Text component with 'requirement' as the API Name.

何か逃げの回答みたい...

  • In the module instructions, 'New Bot Opp' is the flow name, not the screen element name. By mistake, you named it as a screen element.
  • Now, you can delete the versions of the flow modify according to module
  • delete the entire flow and Create new flow follow the module instructions
    You cannot achieve the module without following the module instructions.

Could not find a tab named 'Waypoints' in the items list

After you have created a new object you then need to create a new tab for the object:

  • From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Tabs , then select Tabs.
  • Click New in the Custom Object Tabs related list.
  • Select the custom object to appear in the custom tab. ...
  • Click the Tab Style lookup icon to show the Tab Style Selector. ...
  • Click a tab style to select the color scheme and icon for the custom tab.

just for information, if the 'Edit Page' setup action is missing, you can replace it by setup > object manager > Energy Audit > Lightning pages > choose the page > Edit.

Build a Customer Lifecycle Map : We can't find the correct default settings for the survey named ‘CSAT_001’.

I erased the surveys and went back to the previous assignment, after making the right configurations it worked then.

We can't find an active standard case assignment rule.

Solved! After all that, I had made a mistake in the naming of the case assignment rule, so it worked, but the verifier didn't find it. Not sure how that happened as I normally copy and paste from the Trailhead page.

Still none the wiser as to why the checkbox didn't appear, but thanks again for the response.

解決しました!結局、ケース割り当てルールの命名を間違えたのでうまくいきましたが、検証者はそれを見つけられませんでした。いつもは Trailhead ページからコピーして貼り付けるので、どうしてそうなったのかわかりません。

チェックボックスが表示されなかった理由はまだわかりませんが、ご回答いただきありがとうございます。

I think you might check layout Properties on case page layouts Assign using active assignment rule box checked by default on cases.

ケースページレイアウトのレイアウトプロパティをチェックして、ケースでデフォルトでチェックされているアクティブな割り当てルールを使用して割り当てチェックボックスをオンにするとよいと思います。

Unable to upload a workflow email alert using roles, public groups, or territories as recipients. To continue, remove these recipients.

We were able to bypass this by removing groups from recipient list on email alerts and there is need to add at least one recipient, for this we have specified additional email. Now we are able to create package version.

電子メール アラートの受信者リストからグループを削除することでこれを回避できましたが、少なくとも 1 人の受信者を追加する必要があるため、追加の電子メールを指定しました。これでパッケージ版を作成できるようになりました。
