I got an update on this. Turns out I was missing a step on Data Cloud Setup. I got a clue about that because whenever I tried using an Agentforce Data Library or all the knowledge articles as grounding for the bot I got the same blank answer, so I checked the steps to enable Data Cloud Correctly on my sandbox and found that my connection was not active.
