Create a Heading for Your Portfolio
- If you’re not already on the All Communities page in Setup, enter Communities in the Quick Find box, select All Communities, then select your community from the list.
- Click Builder. The Experience Builder launches in a new tab.
Hover over the existing image on the page, and click in the Rich Content Editor on the image. - Click Edit Content in the popup window
- Highlight the image and press the Delete key.
- Click the image icon in the rich text editor's menu bar and upload the image named portfolio_header.jpg.
- Click Add.
- If your image doesn’t span across the whole page, also add some text such as: My Online Portfolio.

We found that the Generate Personalized Schedule prompt template has a newer version than the one that is active. Please make sure the newest version is updated and active.

We could not find any instructions in your macro that contain a Send action. Edit your macro in Macro Builder and make sure to click Send in the Email action.
In my case, there was a problem with the "Send" button in Canvas (Macro builder), after which I could use 'Submit Action'. It's ok now, thank you for your help.

Make sure that Feed Tracking has been enabled for the Energy Audit object on these fields: Account, Audit Notes, Energy Audit Name, Type of Installation, Annual Energy Usage (kWh), and Average Annual Electric
Turned out to be a local browser issue of all things. Used different browser and challenge was successful.

Hide Load All Button ?
Check for your profile permission once - Setup > Profile > Select your Profile > System Permissions > Customize Application enabled
Check if it is added in your Page Layout Sometimes, you need to manually add new buttons/Feature
In App Builder or Page Layout Editor make sure the "Hide Load All Button" option is present in the component layout.
Also make sure in Setup > User Interface you have Enable Enhanced Lists enabled.

The email option didn’t work (I’m not sure why—I spent half a day debugging with no luck). So, I switched the email verification to SMS and tried with Samantha, which worked. After that, I updated the contact first name Samantha and then Sarah, clicked to verify the trail, and passed.
We can't find the expected picklist values on the Close Reason multi-picklist field.
It went well after I deleted field and created it again.
