１つ前のチャレンジのID 解決を設定を行ったプレイグランドを使っていますか？
As frustrating as it might sound, the only solution i've got is to restart from the module 2, finishing it and then using the same Org on Module 3
イライラするかもしれませんが、私が持っている唯一の解決策は、モジュール2から再開し、 それを完了してから、同じ組織をモジュール3で使用することです。

注意:統合リンクの個々の ccid は、「連絡先ページ レイアウトに外部データを取り込む」ユニットに記載されている手順が同じ組織で完了した場合にのみ表示されます。
Note: Unified Link Individual ccid will show only when the steps mentioned in the 'Bring External Data into the Contact Page Layout' unit are completed in same org.

Are you using the playground where you configured ID resolution for the previous challenge?

After 24 hours, it resolved itself.
Now I have the same problem at another point in the challenge...
