Managed to resolve by trying to complete the badge- turns out Einstein Setup had toggled back to off despite turning it on previously and my playground hadn't connected to the badge properly- now all sorted, leaving this up in case anyone else has the same issue!

バッジを完成させることで解決できました。以前はオンにしていたにもかかわらず、Einstein セットアップがオフに戻っていて、プレイグラウンドがバッジに正しく接続されていなかったことが判明しました。これですべて解決しました。他の誰かが同じ問題を抱えている場合に備えて、これを残しておきます。

It worked after deactivating and re-activating the Einstein Copilot agent.
