ユーロに設定できない？
Is your default currency set to EUR? If so, try changing to USD.
What was part of the problem and then just figured out how to put exchange dates in. So all is good.
There were custom validation error(s) encountered while saving the affected record(s). The first validation error encountered was "no fields were accessible for displaying validation error: U#6a.9ff (DefaultCurrencyIsoCode)"
I made come changes one at a time:
First I changed the language and then clicked save.
Second I changed the time zone and clicked saved
And finally I checked on enable multiple currencies and clicked saved and there where no error. And then I could verify the trailhead module.
I have te same error, firt I change default locate and save, next I change the Default Currency to (English (United Stage) - USD) and save, and finally check the field Activate Multiple Currencies and save.

I got it to work now, this is how I did it:
- Create a new Trailhead Playground
- Set Corporate Currency to USD under Company Information
- I also set Language to English, Locale to English and Timezone to Los Angeles
- Start with Step #1 and now you should be able to pass Step #2
I'm guessing that the problem is that the Corporate Currency on a new Trailhead org is dependent on your setting so if you get a non USD-org from the start you might end up with problems.

I changed the corporate rate to Euro. Nothing changed. Then I turned on Advanced Currency Management and it worked.
worked for me too: set Corporate Currency to USD, Language to English, Locale to English and Timezone to Los Angeles (GMT-8)

It seems you have entered the "New Exchange Rates" for the Euro incorrectly as 113
But as per the requirement the Exchange Rate is 1.13. I have updated this and now the challenge is working as expected.

Prepare Your Salesforce Org for Users Set Up the Exchange Rate
- Set Up the Exchange Rate - there is no EUR option when i create a new one. it is becuase my corporate is already EUR? But i cannot change the exchange rate
to complete this challenge Corporate currency of org has to be "USD".
If your org's Corporate currency is set to "EUR".
Then
- Go to Manage Currencies from Setup
- Add "USD" using "new" button and set Conversion Rate=1.
- Then using "Change Corporate" button you can set "UDS" as corporate currency.
