Implement Roll-Up Summary Fields

We created an account with one opportunity. We expected the account's 'Potential_Value__c' field to show the amount of that one opportunity, but it didn't.

• I did the Challenge as instructed but still i am facing this issue even after disabling the advanced currency management. what i need to do?

Did you check the Debug Logs? As that can suggest the underlying issue (which might be due to some other configuration done in the org / playground)

In case you are unable to check, then please ensure that the objects do not have any Required Custom Field or any validation rules or automations that are not part of this challenge.

switched to the other playground I created and that worked, challenge completed.

I think the problem is due to the existing automation of the playground. Deactivate it or use a new playground.
