For Feedback Management, I think you need to click on Survey Invitation Links to move to another page.
If it's an interactive email, I don't think it will move you to another page.

It's a Salesforce.com package rhat allows users to build surveys inside the platform. You can generate links to send to clients. It's really similar to a google form but integrated to salesforce. For me it's really like to separate world (feedback manegemnt and sfmc) but that's not what my account executive said lol

You likely would be able to set a Salesforce Entry Event that enters a contact into the journey whenever a case closes, and then use the Salesforce Object Activity to send the survey to that contact by creating the Survey Invitation record.
