• Getting error below even all steps are done valid, please help to fix below error as we needs to complete asap as per company policy.

If so, please re-generate a new Org from its newly updated signup page and restart from the first unit:
https://trailhead.salesforce.com/promo/orgs/einsteinbuilder
Then you should be able to pass all units with the new Org.

I had this problem last night! I went back and redid the steps to get the new org.

Make sure you grab the username from your confirmation email and then after you've set up your password, LOG IN to the playground with the new username/fake email and password you created. You'll know it's right when there's a pizza emoji in the top left corner and the opening screen shows "Reservations."

I added pictures of where you can find your username and how to double check that you're not defaulting to your regular trailhead log in username (on the image, you can see "2 saved usernames" and I made sure to choose the pizza domain one) and what the pizza icon/login screen looks like.

Edit to add where I'm making sure my pizza playground is connected. The Trailhead will give you points for connecting the wrong org for some reason? So I redid the connection step and made sure it was the pizza org.

We can't find a prediction named 'VeloStars Membership Likelihood'. Make sure that you spelled the name correctly and saved the prediction.

using this date April 1, 2019 worked for me.

I managed to pass this:

1. I created a NEW Developer Edition org with Einstein Prediction Builder and Einstein Next Best Action (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/promo/orgs/put-predictions-into-action-with-next-best-action#) and connected it to Trailhead.

2. I retook this unit.

The description of 9b has already been modified in the Trailhead. The image no longer displays a fixed date but instead displays "Now() Minus 2 yrs". I was not actually able to enter that (I didn't expect to be), but entered the date "April 1, 2019".

I followed the rest of the steps as given. If you are impatient, you don't need to wait for the prediction to finish before checking the step.

We can't find a new Contact Record Page or you have multiple Contact Record Pages. Make sure that you have a single new Contact Record Page on the Contact object
