It seems in your user record, a Manager lookup field is not selected Courtney Brown as your reporting Manager and this has been discussed in the first unit "Prepare Your Org" after creating the Courtney Brown user.

1 .From Setup, enter User in the Quick Find box, then select Users.
2. Click Edit next to your name.
3. Under Approver Settings, click the lookup icon next to the Manager field and search for Courtney Brown, then click on her name.

It seems there is another custom field created with the name Discount Percent and it was selected in Approval Process Entry Criteria. I have changed it to the Discount Percentage field and now the challenge is working as expected.

• I'm having an issue to complete the "Create Initial Submission Action" task in Build a Discount Approval Process badge. Keep having the error below:

Opportunity: Discount Percentage GREATER THAN 0
Opportunity: Discount Percent GREATER THAN 0

Just found the issue. Instead of "Opportunity: Discount Percentage GREATER THAN 0", I was using the " Opportunity: Discount Percent GREATER THAN 0". Solved now. :)

I found out why I was coming across this error. Make sure you select "Opportunity: Discount Percentage" and NOT Opportunity: Discount Percent". I had that latter and was getting that error

I deleted the Discount Approval Process and configured it again and it was a success.

it seems the issue was due to the field Discount Percentage not being visible to the System Administrator profile.
