When I try to add the user Ted Kim I get a message saying "There are no Salesforce CRM Content User Licenses available. If you wish to add Salesforce CRM Content User Licenses, please submit a case.

When I try to add the user Ted Kim I get a message saying "There are no Salesforce CRM Content User Licenses available. If you wish to add Salesforce CRM Content User Licenses, please submit a case.

What I had to do was uncheck Salesforce CRM Content User and Content Emal alerts in order to save the user in step 7 (check screenshot). For some reason, in my org, I'm only allowed to have one person with a Salesforce Platform user license that has the CRM Content User details all checked. I was still able to complete the module and get the badge.

We have verified this in your org and see a different error message which says 'We couldn't find the permission set's description. Review the instructions for adding the 'Delete Accounts' description.' Upon investigating further we see that the description for the Delete Accounts permission set is added as 'Grands Delete Accounts permission', instead it should be 'Grants Delete Accounts permission'. There was a typo in the work Grants mentioned in the description which was restricting the challenge check. We have made the necessary changes and were able to pass the challenge successfully. Please find the attached screenshot that confirms the same.
