Set Up Single Sign-On for Your Internal Users
We couldn't find SAML enabled in your org's setup audit trail. Make sure that you have 'SAML Enabled' checked under 'Federated Single Sign-On Using SAML' in your org's 'Single Sign-On Settings'.
What I have done to is to close my org and relaunch again, then the "Edit" option reappeared for me to disable and enable the SAML.

Stuck On "Set Up Single Sign-On for Your Internal Users" - Single Sign-On Error When Attempting To Login
Under "Issuer" in SAML Single Sign-On Settings I had it as https://axiomsso.herokuapp.com where it should have been https://axiomsso.herokuapp.com/ without a "/". Its case sensitive and it fixed everything once I put the correct character in.
SAML シングル サインオン設定の「発行者」の下に、https://axiomsso.herokuapp.com としてありましたが、「/」なしで https://axiomsso.herokuapp.com/ にする必要がありました。大文字と小文字が区別され、正しい文字を入力するとすべてが修正されました。
一度プレイグランドを閉じて、再度ログインすることも必要です

Then turn it off and then turn it on again.
We couldn't find a SAML Configuration in your org's setup audit trail. Make sure that you have created a new 'SAML Single Sign-On Settings' record for 'Axiom Test App' in your org's 'Single Sign-On Settings'.

I launched new Playground and it worked !! Finally I can proceed further :)
But still after requesting SAML response on Axiomsso site it was logging in my profile rather than other user's Id (whose Federation ID was mentioned ).

I tried again, and again, and again and i found out that the problem was the My Domain. I started a new playground and didn't change the my domain and it worked
