コミュニティ : タイルメニューが表示されない

私も同じ問題を抱えていました。コミュニティのゲスト ユーザー プロファイルに移動し、ドキュメントに「読み取り」を追加することで問題を解決しました。

完全な解決策は、Salesforce ドキュメントで確認できます: 「注意 タイル メニューの画像をコミュニティ ユーザーが表示できるようにし、[ワークスペース] | [管理] で [ゲスト ユーザーがパブリック ページとログイン ページでアセット ファイルを表示できるようにする] を有効にします。次に、ドキュメントへの読み取りアクセスを許可します。 」

I had the same issue. I resolved it by going to the Guest User profile for the communtiy and adding "Read" on documents.
