基本的には言語設定は英語にしていないとうまくいかないことは分かっています。ただし母国語が英語のユーザにも発生しているので別の原因があるとおもうところですが....

I guess there is a typo in the name, there should be space after south and before 24.

名前にタイプミスがあると思います。South の後ろと 24 の前にスペースがあるはずです。

Help me, please. Challenge not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 1 'Get Cloudy South: 24 Holiday Sneakers' opportunities found on 'Get Cloudy South' account."

I was having the same issue, it worked changing to "Get Cloudy South South".
In spanish the challenge says only: "get cloudy south". (only 1 south, not 2)
that´s why.
