Thanks to everyone who responded. I ended up leaving the playground alone for a couple of days as I was getting really frustraded. Today I just tried to check the challenge again and somehow it worked!! I guess I had to wait. If anyone has the same issue after following the steps my advice would be to close everything and re-opened it.

The APEX error message might be either from your Sharing settings, Role, Profile in Setup.
You need to make sure that all the naming convention are correct too.

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: The Field Sales User profile does not have the correct permissions for managing List Views, creating and managing reports, or creating and managing report folders.
そのため、管理者権限を確認して再確認した後、同じエラーが何度も発生していました。
フィールドセールスユーザープロファイル プロファイルを削除する ことにしました。チャレンジを確認して機能した後、以前とまったく同じ権限でプロファイルを再作成しました。
