usr/local/etc/mecabrc
dicdir = /usr/local/lib/mecab/dic/mecab-ipadic-neologd
一時的に別の辞書を使いたいときは
~.ipynd
import MeCab
mecab = MeCab.Tagger(' -d /usr/local/lib/mecab/dic/mecab-ipadic-neologd')
みたいな感じでオプションで指定
