今回、スクリーンショットの保存先がデスクトップになってしまっているのでダウンロードファイルの中に新しくスクリーンショットを保存する様のファイルを作成し、そこに保存したいと思います。
事前準備としてDownloadsの中にScreenshotファイルを作成します。
下記コマンドを入力。
defaults write com.apple.screencapture location ~/Downloads/Screenshot/
killall SystemUIServer
終わり。
