ServiceNow - g_scratchpad使用方法

1.ビジネスルールを作成する

今回は、Incidentにて「Category」が"Hardware"に変更されたときに、「Assignment group」に"Hardware"を設定するという動作を実装します。
表示時ビジネスルールを作成し、"Hardware"グループのSysIDをg_scratchpadに保持します。

2.Client Scriptを作成する

「Category」が変更されたときのScriptを実装します。
g_scratchpadは設定時と同様の方法で呼び出すことができます。
