エラー解消

解決方法

私の場合は間違ったバージョン番号が使用されたことが原因でした｡

上記のリリース時に実行されるincrement_version_numberが原因で
ビルドしたときバーション番号と､リリース時にアップロードされるバージョン番号が異なっているためタイトルのエラーとなっていました｡
