teratermのマクロを利用してバイナリでコマンドを送る
teraterm バイナリでデータを送受信するやり方

send $A5$A5$A5$A5$00$63$00$00$63

こんな感じでデータがかえってくる

データ形式はこんな感じになってるらしい

Data segment部が環境データが1バイト、距離、強度のデータがが160ポイント分320バイトあるらしい
2byteなので16bit
上位7bitは強度,下位9bitは距離のデータらしい
