例えば一つのdivタグで括った項目にそれぞれ下線などを引きたい時、一般的な長さでもいいのですが差別化を図るため長さを設定したい時は
・widthを設定する。(要素の長さにborderが比例するため。）
・marginを０にする。(widthの設定をすると謎のmarginが割り込んできた為。）
