エディタ画面のアイコンが大きすぎると感じたら、下記のいずれかの方法で小さくできます。
１．ツールバーのアイコンのみ小さくする
編集>エディタの環境設定から
Use Small Toolbar Icons をチェックします。
２．全体のアイコンを小さくする
ウインドウ>デベロッパーツール>ウィジェットリフレクタ
から適用スケールを選択し、値を小さくします
