よくわかりませんが、DisplayPort1.2をネイティブで有効化した場合、
今回のWindowsUpdate(1903の2019/08月分)の適用後、ディスプレイが映らない。という事象を確認した。
詳細は今後追記するが、パソコン側ではなく、ディスプレイ側の設定(モニタ下にあるボタン等)から、
DisplayPort1.2を無効化したところ、復旧。
ディスプレイ周りに関しては、1903の登場初期に輝度調整ができなくなるという事象があったので、
あまり得意ではない(?)模様。
