Before this, you need a flash drive that has Ubuntu installed.
Here's the step to install.

bcdedit /set default safeboot minimal

- Uncheck Secure Boot (Boot Setting).
- Switch to ACHI from RAID On (Storage).
- Reboot PC (PIN login method does NOT work anymore.)
Do not get panicked. I got your back. =) - "Shit" Key + "Restart" the PC.
- In Recovery Mode:
Go to "Troubleshoot" → "Advanced Options" → "Command Prompt". - Type
bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot
on CMD. (This means exit safemode.) - Close CMD
- Click "Continue".
- Ensure that you can log in on Windows. ← You might need to set up your PIN again.
- Insert the flash drive into the PC.
- Restart the PC and enter BIOS (F2).
