Matplotlib > plt.close('all') > EclipseやPyDevでは有効ではない?

PyMieScattのサンプルコードを見ていて、自分が見慣れていない記載があった。

Eclipse/PyDevでは有効ではないとのこと（自分の使用環境ではない）。
