Python > Error > ValueError: could not convert string to float: '3D14' > "D"を"E"に置換してから数値へ変換する

ValueError: could not convert string to float: '3D14'

Fortranで出力された値をfloat型に変換しようとした時に上記のエラーになる。
対応案としては"D"を"E"に置換してから数値へ変換する。

>>> r1 = float("3D14".replace("D", "E"))
>>> r1
300000000000000.0
