変更したいAnimationを選択し、InspectorからOpenをクリックします。
するとAnimatorタブ(Animationレイヤー編集画面)が開かれるので、変更したいアニメーションレイヤーを選択します。
そしてInspetorビューのspeedを変更することでアニメーション速度が変わります。デフォルトは1で、1より小さくするとゆっくりになります。1より大きくすると速くなります。
