結論

  • ホストPCのAHK（AutoHotKey）で変換キーにInsertキーを割り当てる
  • サーバPCのMozc（Google日本語入力）でInsertキーに半角/全角キーと同等の機能を割り当てる

ことにより変換キーにより日本語入力と英数入力を切り替えることができるようになる。
