VSCode Shift-JISのテキストを文字化けせずに開く。

前提：VSCode バージョン1.45.1

  1. Vscodeの「ファイル」→「ユーザー設定」→「設定」
  2. 画面上部の「設定の検索」欄に「Auto Guess Encoding」と入れてチェックを入れる
  3. ファイルを開きなおすと文字化けせずに開ける。
