Let's note CF-SV でデュアルブートしているLinux mint環境にて、スピーカーから音が再生されません。かれこれ２年ほど他の方の記事等参考に探しておりますが、解決方法が見つかりません。
有識者の方々にご協力頂きたく存じ上げます。

alsamixerにてALSAの設定を確認
出力がミュートでないことを確認しました
pavucontrolにてPulseAudioの設定を確認
アプリケーションと出力のボリュームが出力されていることになっていた
（イヤホンからであれば普通に聞こえます。また、本体に入っているwindowsではスピーカーからも聞こえます。）
sudo alsactl initで認識し直してみる
変わらず
/etc/pulse/daemon.confやデフォルトファイルも眺めましたが、皆目検討もつかない状態です。
Biosの設定も考えましたが、それらしい項目がなかったため触れておりません。宜しくお願い致します。

/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf に下記を追加してみたら動かないでしょうか。
Let's Note CF-SZ5ではこれで内蔵スピーカーから音が出るようになりました。
"options snd-hda-intel model=alc700-ref"
うまくいかない場合、" alc700-ref"を次のファイルを参考に変えて試してみてください。
