ansible コマンドなら ansible all -s -K -i ./inventory_hosts -m apt_repository -a "repo='ppa:chris-lea/node.js'" とか、playbook に書くなら、 - apt_repository: repo='ppa:chris-lea/node.js' とかいう話です。
