手順

Integrations からGithubを選択

https://$domain.slack.com/services/new に遷移

GitHub を選び、次の画面で Slack のどのチャネルにポストするかを選択する

選択後、 [Add GitHub Integration]

認証画面に遷移するが、認証しない

switch to unauthed modeをクリック

webhook URLをGithubEnterpriseのリポジトリの設定画面でwebhookとして登録する
