Terminal で Ctrl キーがきかず、Ctrl+C とか Ctrl+Z とかの送信に支障が出てしまっていた。
Stackoverflow でも話題にされていて、IntelliJ IDEA 2016.2.3 の Mac 版で発生している模様。
Stackoverflow でも提案が解決済みになっているように、IntelliJ IDEA 2016.2.4 にアップデートすれば解決する。
