基本的な流れ

注意すべき事

各種設定値は TOML/YAML ではなく環境変数にて取得するようにする
- https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/config-vars
カジュアルにクラッシュするのでその度に heroku restart
- heroku logs --tail でログ確認
