Swift3とAlamofireでPDFファイルをダウンロードしてReaderで表示する

PDFデータをダウンロードしてきて、ローカルに保持しておくサンプルです。

ViewControllerにちょっと書いてみての動作確認になります。

ユーザ作成でなく、バックアップにも含めたいので、Library/ディレクトリに入れます。

ReaderViewControllerDelegateは必要なので追記
