なぜかググっても全然でてこなかったのでメモ。
普段はTortoiseGitからdiff見るときはそのままTortoiseGitMergeをつかってるが、
一時的にvimdiffにしたくなったので。
TortoiseGit の Diff Viewer の External の設定で下記のように指定すればOK
C:\Program Files (x86)\Vim\vim73\vim.exe -d %base %mine
vimdiffがないと思ったら、vim.exe -d と同等らしい。
