Ubuntuで使うことにしているアドレスが運悪くWindowsにすでに振られているという状態が発生した。
Windows側にはなんでもいいからアドレス変わってもらうことにする。
コマンドプロンプトで以下のコマンドを入力。
> ipconfig /release
> ipconfig /renew
