webpack.config.js もes2015で書きたい。
その場合、ファイル名を webpack.config.babel.js にすればこのファイルもbabelとして解釈してくれて、babelを実行してくれる。
なので.babelrcのpresetsに es2015 を入れていればwebpackのconfigもes2015で書けるようになる。
