material-auto-rotating-carousel でbuild error

ERROR in ../~/material-auto-rotating-carousel/lib/index.js
Module build failed: TypeError: Plugin 0 specified in "..\node_modules\material-auto-rotating-carousel\.babelrc" was expected to return a function but returned "undefined"
    at Function.normalisePlugin (..\node_modules\babel-core\lib\transformation\file\options\option-manager.js:148:15)
    at ..\node_modules\babel-core\lib\transformation\file\options\option-manager.js:184:30

というエラーが出てしまい、これも解決方法が分からないので
とりあえず、対象ファイルを無効にして逃げました

material-auto-rotating-carousel/.babelrc
↓
material-auto-rotating-carousel/.babelrc.old

.babelrc で必要な設定自体は、webpack側で指定していたので
とりあえず、削除で良いかなーとおもってやったら動いた。
