Xcode のインストール

AppStoreからXcodeをインストールする.
(Xcode自体を用いないなら不要)

Homebrewを用いてソフトウェアのインストール

以下のHomebrewのサイトに従い,Homebrewを導入する.
http://brew.sh/

install-homebrew
$ /usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"
brew-install
$ brew install zsh-completion
$ brew install wget
$ brew install bat
$ brew install lsd
$ brew install nkf
$ echo 'export HOMEBREW_CASK_OPTS="--appdir=/Applications"' >> ~/.zshrc
brew-cask-install
$ brew cask install iterm2
$ brew cask install slack
$ brew cask install mactex
$ brew cask install istat-menus
$ brew cask install karabiner-elements
$ brew cask install google-japanese-ime
$ brew cask install google-backup-and-sync
$ brew cask install alfred
$ brew cask install google-chrome
$ brew cask install sublime-text
$ brew cask install visual-studio-code
$ brew cask install java

nodeの最新版(ここではv11.13.0)をインストールしてnodeにPATHを通す

install-node
$ brew install nodebrew
$ nodebrew setup
$ nodebrew install-binary latest
$ nodebrew use v11.13.0
$ echo 'export PATH=$PATH:$HOME/.nodebrew/current/bin' >> ~/.zprofile
Finderに隠しファイルを表示
$ defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE
$ killall Finder

Python環境の構築

pyenvのインストール

$ brew install pyenv
$ echo 'export PYENV_ROOT="$HOME/.pyenv"' >> ~/.zprofile
$ echo 'export PATH="$PYENV_ROOT/bin:$PATH"' >> ~/.zprofile
$ echo -e 'if command -v pyenv 1>/dev/null 2>&1; then\n  eval "$(pyenv init -)"\nfi' >> ~/.zshrc
$ source ~/.zprofile
$ source ~/.zshrc
$ echo 'eval "$(pyenv init -)"' >> ~/.zprofile
$ exec $SHELL -l

(推奨)pyenv+pythonを用いる場合

Anacondaとpipを共存させると問題が発生することがあるので,pyenv+pythonで管理することをおすすめする.

python3.8.1(2020/02/15時点最新)をインストールしてglobalに設定する.
pip listでインストールされているパッケージを確認すると,新しいバージョンのpipが使えると言われたので,
pipをアップグレードして,必要なパッケージをインストールする.

$ pyenv install 3.8.1
$ pyenv global 3.8.1
$ pip install --upgrade pip
$ pip install (packages)

(非推奨)Anacondaを用いる場合

$ pyenv install anaconda3-5.3.1
$ pyenv global anaconda3-5.3.1

https://techa1008.com/rocket-note/2018/07/25/install-anaconda-on-mac-and-start-jupyter-notebook/

anacondaをアンインストールする場合

$ conda install anaconda-clean
$ anaconda-clean
$ rm -rf /Users/<username>/.anaconda_backup
$ pyenv uninstall anaconda3-5.3.1

.bash_profile中のPATHを追加する記述を削除し,(残っていたら)アプリケーションからショートカットを削除して完了.
