Sorry 用のメンテナンスサーバー作った。公開した。

経緯としては、サーバーのスケールアップで結構長時間なダウンタイムが発生するんだけど、ダウンタイム中にもメンテナンスページを表示しとかないとね、ってことで作った。
1 台の EC2 に直アクセスで、全サービスがその EC2 に乗ってて、全ドメインの SSL 証明書がサーバー上にあって、そんなサーバーがダウンするので、 EIP をこのソーリーサーバーに付け替えるという。
