環境は Xcode9.4.1
(1) シミュレータでコピーしたい文字を選択して Copy
(2) さらにシミュレータのツールバーで Simulator -> Edit -> Copy
※Edit -> Automatically Sync Pasteboadのチェックは外す必要あり
(3) あとは ⌘ + v
