AWS上のWindowsServer2016でWin32_PhysicalMemoryが取得できない

インスタンスタイプによって、Win32_PhysicalMemoryが取得できたりできなかったりという事象に遭遇しました。

取得NGのインスタンスタイプ

m5.large/t3.large/c5.large

取得OKのインスタンスタイプ

m4.large/t2.large/c4.large

PhysicalMemory_OK.png

ちょっと試行数が少ないですが、最新世代は表示されない状況になっています。
どこかに情報転がっていないだろうか…
