connpassのイベントの参加者の一覧を取得するAPI

https://asia-northeast1-notify-send.cloudfunctions.net/connpass-applicants/の後ろに
connpassのイベントのURLをくっつけてGETリクエストすると全参加者(抽選中、参加者、補欠者、キャンセル)のJSONが帰ってきます。
